The whole day is dedicated to inspiring people to put plants first – which means, just for one day, making plant-based foods the first thing they think about when it comes to their food and drink choices.

The idea is that once people see how delicious and easy it can be, and the difference it can make to our health, and the planet, more of us might just start putting plants first more often in the future.

The more people that get involved and start to switch up their mindset a little, putting plants first at mealtimes, most of the time, the more of a difference we can make to our health and the health of our planet.

Fitness starts at home. What you eat is what you will look, just as what you sow is what you reap. Eat good food: eat fruits, vegetables, healthy grains, and don’t go for sweet and trite food.
