High traffic congestion in Hyderabad

Hyderabad: Heavy vehicles hit the road after about 45 days in the city. The government has given some relaxation in the lockdown terms and those in the sector are coming out. The government has facilitated the construction sector along with the transport and registration sectors. 33 percent of IT employees go to workplaces.

HyderaConstruction sector stores are also opening. With the opening of electrical, plumber, cement, and steel shops, the employees and traders working in them are coming out of the house. This is 35% more vehicles turning on the roads compared to normal days. Along with this, liquor shops are opening up and the city roads are crowded.

In the early days of the March 22 lockdown, a small number of vehicles were seen on the roads. However, the number of vehicle traffic in the city has been steadily increasing since the last two days with lockdown eases. The police only allow those who belong to the privileged sector. The rest of the automakers are taking action.
