Corona virus outbreak in Kurnool

* 36 new cases were reported from 9 pm to 9 pm on Saturday, while 29 cases were reported from Sunday morning till night.

Amravati: Prime Minister Narendra Modi telephoned Chief Minister Jagan on Sunday. He asked the chief minister about the implementation of lockdown in the state and the measures taken to control the corona outbreak. CM explained to him the situation in the state. It is reported that the Prime Minister has advised the chief minister to be more vigilant as the number of corona cases is on the rise. Chief Minister’s Office sources said that the CM had addressed the financial problems faced by the state in the wake of the lockdown and urged the release of funds from the Center to the Polavaram Project, Development of Backward Districts and Civil Affairs Department.
