The world is becoming increasingly vulnerable to the epidemic of pandemic virus. Since the lockdown was announced with the aim of minimizing casualties in the country, many sectors of operations have almost stalled. This stagnation does not last forever. Crisis can be brought to light. Prime Minister Modi has recently called on his cabinet colleagues to focus on how to provide new requirements for the manufacturing and export sectors. Various government departments are conducting extensive drills to produce more spare parts and products in the country. Industry names such as pharmaceutical, textile, electronics, food processing and defense equipment are widely regarded as capable of giving new strength to the depressed nation. Over Rs. 35,000 crores in five years The Prime Minister had set the ammunition export target two months ago. If all this can be put into effect – this is the great passage regarding ‘Manufacturing in India’!

Five and a half years ago, the Center set big goals when it came to ‘manufacturing in India’. The manufacturing sector is expected to expand its share of gross domestic product by 25 per cent by 2022 and create an additional 10 million employment opportunities. The noise has subsided. A recent Economic Survey unveiled the ‘Composition in India’ plan to create four crore employment opportunities in five years. Anything short of a name, a quick task that will enable the domestic workers to get out of work is imperative today. The textile industry says it is ready for the design of masks when the manufacturing of carpets, mattresses and garments has ceased with lockdown. Many states are facing shortages of gunny bags and tarpaulins during the current harvest season. Small-scale enterprises may be hired based on local needs. Personal protective equipment and gloves need to be quickly assembled.

Recent developments have pushed India to rely on China for imports of bulk drugs and raw pharmaceuticals (Active Pharmaceuticals). In fact, the making of APIs is an inherent strength of India. The raw chemicals used in making pills and tubes, which have been cleansed and disposed of in various measurements, were produced in the country till just a few years ago. India will not be the exporter of APIs if it is returned! Small industries that offer everything from bamboo cans, cane chairs, industrial spare parts to textiles, leather and handicrafts – if the government supports it, will work wonders. By regulating the spare parts, equipment, and subsystems – the protection products can be mastered in key areas. Improving food processing in a major agricultural country is like teaching a fish to swim! What is essential to us and can be exported abroad is the climate hypothesis that the country generates on its own – that of unemployment. Critical India can be socialized!
